I messaged after 9am to check if she was working and she replied she was taking bookings so I gave an approximate time as I was travelling past Derby from some distance away. Within the hour, I'd been given her post code so I could use the sat nav provided time to book a slot (about two hours later). She texted about 20 minutes before the scheduled time to check I was coming, I replied that I was. Got to the address and radio silence. I waited for 20 minutes and no reply to texts or calls. Odd girl.

Same here, tried multiple times, either no response, or occasionally a taking booking response, suggest a time and then absolutely nothing..... absolute waste of space!!!

From my experience with her im thinking she multi books people and whoever arrives first will be seen. Theres better options out there
