Partly my fault as I didn't get confirmation on the day, as had just spoken to her the night before via text. Comms started on AW but moved to text (now looking back changing to text and not sorting a meeting out on AW and potentially getting feedback was a red flag). Anyway got ghosted on the day, and got a weak excuse the following day about getting days mixed up. She's definitely real, and has good feedback on swinger sites, but you might get your time wasted like me.

Agreed.
The line "I am often unavailable due to my Multiple Sclerosis" is the key here. Pain and fatigue are major symptoms of MS.
It's not something the sufferer can control or choose to turn off at will.
Understanding how MS affects people helps to understand that it may take a while longer than normal to arrange a meeting.

Not easy, but I would have expected at least a quick cancellation text, which based on her condition, I would be totally fine with and was partly expecting. And she has lots of feedback elsewhere from meeting people, so when it didn't come, I was willing to gamble.
