I am yet to work out what all the hype about this young lady is, based on the string of glowing reviews lauding her performance and looks.

Firstly, as also suggested by the OP's review, the booking skills of the maid or Sergei are hopeless. Punters seemed to be booked precisely back-to-back or overlapping, such that I ended up having the awkward experience of meeting two other punters in the corridor, one just having finished  his deed while the other heading to see her flatmate. They were both cool about it, but we could all pick in one another a certain sense of discomfort.

Secondly, the pictures on her AW profile are overly flattering, shedding at least twenty pounds off her. While not heading into BBW territory by any means, she has a disproportionally large lower half of the body, at least two dress sizes bigger than her torso. She is plainly speaking short and stout even with her 6-inch stilettos on, and I wouldn't have given her a second glance in the street had she been a civvy.

Thirdly, her English is non-existent, and holding any form of conversation with her is virtually impossible. After all, punting is not just about sex.

Nothing was happening for me down there as I found her looks off-putting, and a certain sense of unease was instilled due to her lack of communicative ability.  However, this is entirely expected from this price range, so self-inflicted awkwardness on my part.  Put simply, she is a P&D, nothing more, so I struggle to work out how a two-hour punt would develop without any talking in between discharges!
 
In fairness, to her, she came across as a very sweet young lady, trying her utmost to please an otherwise detached punter. So in terms of personalty and attitude, top marks, but not so much for her looks.

Of course, as the Roman adage goes, de gustibus non disputandum est.
