Best thing to do is check the pictures on their Twitter page.  She does look like she has lost a little weight in those and it might have had an impact as described but she still has a very shapely behind.  I can't vouch for the puppies the reviewer described them as not being as good as they were at their best ( as in the big picture you posted ) but still a nice handful.  Someone else described them as sagging which seems harsh.
