Which are the better Dungeons for hire in London?

I am looking for a dungeon which I can hire for a few hours to play with a sugar baby.  Somewhere which is well kept and not anywhere smelly or grubby cos she likes to be dirty in the bedroom and not the bedroom to be dirty.

We have experience with restraint, toys, sex machines, sex clubs but not been to a dungeon before.  So looking for guidance on how to have fun in one of these dungeons.

Does anyone have recommendations for Serpent Rooms, Blue Door, Peacock Parlour, Facility-X which also seems to be called BunkHaus, London Dungeon Hire, Hackney Wick Dungeon or Secret Dungeon in High Wycombe.

I have found some reviews on here that mention Serpent Rooms, Facility X, Blue Door and Peacock Parlour so they seem to be legit but are any of the others known scams?

Serpent Rooms: Small and dirty, would not recommend
Blue Door: Good dungeon. 3 play rooms, clean, well stocked
Peacock Parlour: Good space
Facility-X: Quite industrial feel to it. I like it but not as homely as others
London Dungeon Hire: Lots of small rooms. Would not recommend

Not played at:
Hackney Wick Dungeon - but heard good things, plus I think the Mistress that own this space, also has a play space in West London too.
Secret Dungeon in High Wycombe - not heard anything about this place as I've no desire to venture to HW

Also check out Inanna Studio (External Link/Members Only) which is run by Adreena Angela (External Link/Members Only) as you can rent that space too. Not been but looks good. She also looks one hell of a sexy ProDomme (not seen her though)

as for "looking for guidance on how to have fun in one of these dungeons" it will most certainly depend on what sort of fun you are wanting to explore, other than restraints and toys that you have mentioned. All the dungeons will have these. Others I know have a lot more available (e.g. BlueDoor has a medical room as well as the main dungeon space and a very small bedroom) to use and play with, but you need to enquire.

This is due to some equipment being very expensive, the owner may ask you of your experience in using them before making them available to you. You would need to speak to them and discuss. If they do allow them to be used they would ensure they were set up in the space for when you arrived.

In my experience I would suggest that if you are planning on for example 2hours of fun to book 3hours of hire, if 3hr then book 4 etc.. you need to familiarise yourself with the space and you are also on the hook to leave the place tidy before you leave. Best VFM is to book the ones that have a bedroom to have it overnight... the fun is then really only limited by your imaginations!

I've only been to BlueDoor and would certainly recommend.
Concur with Jamie, book an hour extra for setup and cleanup!

Out of all that's on there, my top favourite would be Brighton Dungeon although they've exploded in popularity since about a year ago I think and it's very unlikely to get a booking until 1-2 months down the line (probably doesn't help that I prefer overnight bookings myself either )

It states:

I would imagine you may look out of place it not in fetish where of some variety, although it does say wear what you like. If I were going I would make an effort.

I've been to:

London Dungeon Hire.
Excellent multi room dungeon with every imaginable piece of equipment and then some. The owner is a nice chap, gives you the guided tour then retires to a private part of the flat. He's in the building the whole time but you wouldn't know he's there's, but you have to be comfortable with that.
Clean, tidy, everything in good nick. Nice fluffy towels embroidered with the logo.

Blue door.
Disappointing. Whole place stinks of damp, they have dehumidifiers going but there's a serious problem. The place is also not clean, obvious no one properly cleans it, the floors are dirty and there was some kind of fluid on the benches which we had to clean off before we started. Equipment is just strewn around and not properly curated, a lot of it in poor condition - parts missing, ripped unholstert, frayed ropes and most concerning the winch steel wire frayed.  Shitty old towels wihich were threadbare and stained. I would not return.

Peacock Parlour.
Excellent. Spotlessly clean, owner takes pride in it. Everything is perfect condition and perfect order. Smaller than the other two but enough there to occupy several hours.

I've taken WGs to each of these dungeons.

When was the last time you were in Blue Door? I agree their old premises were as you describe (damp wise only) but the new place is top notch. I do not recognise the way you describe it. I think you've not been to Blue Door in a few years by what you describe and what I frequent quite regularly.

As for LDH, again I disagree, yes well maintained and well stocked but all the rooms are small, tiny in fact. As you say he is there the whole time too, just odd TBH. He actually lives there. It is an old council flat he has had for years and has dedicated to his kink. Nowt wrong with that but for a dungeon space, for me anyhow, it just doesn't work.

We agree on the Peacock Parlour though

Floors obviously not swept, vacuumed or mopped ever and as I said a lot of the equipment worn out, tossed about randomly etc. Even says on their website "who is responsible for cleaning? You are, we like to hink if it as a shared space" or words to that effect IE, not properly cared for.
LDH I think the rooms are actually an OK size (though not as big as BD main dungeon or PP), but there so much stuff in them, too much in a way! I didn't mind the chap being therez he was friendly enough without being OTT and in a way I think it gave the WG some sense of safety (though we'd met before and she knew I wasn't a nutter).

I may give Blue Door in more try as they had some stuff the others don't. Perhaps I was there on a bad day.

You obviously had a an unlucky experience... as I have said, I don't recognise anything your describe from my frequent visits.
