Date: Within the last 6 months.

Location: An apartment approximately a 6-7min walk for me from Baker Street tube. Buses, pedestrians and tourists use this road but there was relatively low footfall when I went. At the time I booked (a few weeks back) it was £200/hour on the pdf she sent me.

Then I just asked the price for how long I want.

She quoted me £120 for 30 min, so it’s consistent with OP.
Also, £150 for 45 mins, which is the option I took.

On top of this, she has her extras of course.

No, no haggling. She initially quoted £200 for the hour in her text even though I had requested a 30min appointment. I then asked how much a 30 min meeting is and she confirmed £120.

I've just had a quick skip through some of those reviews again and it seems Mel was more into taking control of the how things went. Thinking about my meeting, I was taking the lead mostly and she seemed happy to go with that.
