Saw a string of positive reviews on here but didn’t read down the comments on them.
Several of the reviews have comments from other punters saying that the SP was born a man but nobody has posted a neg.

There are a lot of reasons for this to be a positive review and I fully accept that many punters love the service  provided but for me, I would rather know if a SP is post-op and make my own decision. I guess the SP’s point of view is that since ‘she’ is fully post op and feels like a woman then it’s none of my business if they were born a man.  Intellectually I agree with this POV but unfortunately my cock doesn’t. Paid 160 for an hour.

Location was a basement flat in a nice part of Portsmouth. Fairly discreet. Not a location known to me as a SP hangout.

I haven't met her so I haven't given an opinion. The OP has given his opinion as have effectively all the others who've reviewed her. You're categorically stating she's a post OP based on a picture

Every time I see a Brazilian profile my head automatically starts with the premise that it's a man, and it's then up to me to investigate if it's actually a woman.  To date I'm yet to meet a Brazilian SP due to the higher chance of them being post-op, which is a shame because I'd really love to have a session with a sexy Brazilian woman.

I should have quoted more of what GingerNuts wrote but it was too late to edit,what I meant was stating someone is PO from a picture is plain dumb.
As I said I've looked at her reviews and I can see why someone might question her status but a slightly different pussy is not conclusive for me.
I've had plenty of time to look at her and there is no other hint of a PO so I've not raised any suspicion but if there was then the OP is probably right.
She has model looks and body as the OP said so who knows.
