Location: about 15 minute walk from Colchester High Street, a house on a residential road.

There was an open door to a bedroom at the top which was literally so dark that I could hardly see and almost fell over something. But if you could get used to this it could be a useful backup plan for anyone who knows the area. So I feel a neutral is roughly fair. Would I return? Only as a plan C or D... but it was far from the worst punt I've ever had.
