Arranged a morning meet the day before, very responsive and nice replies via whatsapp. Agreed morning 30min incall.
Text a few hours before to make we were still on, message was not delivered via whatsapp (only one tick showing). Was suppose to take time off work to go meet but got no reply at all on the day, so stayed at work.

The following day she read my message and said phone is off when not working. I mentioned we agreed a day before. she just said she had family issues.

Few weeks later tried again, message delivered but to this day has not been read and had any replies. 

Think will move on

I contacted her like 3 weeks ago and it took her a week to get back to me. One of those as a late backup plan if ABCD all fail, throw off a text and see if she's available, I think.
