Just a heads up for anyone thinking about going to the chinese massage place on seaford street….. the council in their infinite wisdom have decided to change the road layout on college road. It’s now busses only as you come off the mini roundabout with an instant £70 fine so dont get caught out or else you will end up paying out double for the punt
