Aha... this proves my own little theory of getting there as soon as they start working. I saw her as a TOFTT when she just started working as a prossie. Obviously becoming tired of it now.

I saw her a while ago and thought her mediocre.  Very professional but somewhat condescending and a clear negative (definitely will not go back).

she used to provide good services at the beginning but now going down I believe it is mainly because she is very busy and getting bored seeing too many clients every day.

Saw her in August - you're absolutely right about the mechanical service etc but she is really really sweet, that made up for it.  I'll put it down to her professional "bedside manner" or whatever.
