If there is a "cum once" policy in a booking, what does that actually mean? And what are peoples' experiences as to how it is handled?

Say for an hour booking does it mean:

Once you cum, the booking is over and you leave?
Once you cum the booking is not over - but you can only expect chat (and maybe a massage) for the rest of the time?

I always try to agree up front what my expectations are so there's no misunderstanding. A SP replied once that she only had a "come once" policy after I had requested GFE with come twice. I don't have a problem with a cum policy PROVIDED it is made clear at the start and you don't get all that "cum for me baby" BS during your time. In my experience you usually tell in the first 5 minutes if a booking is going to be good. It's really dependent on the attitude of the SP. If they are rushing you then you know they just want to get it over with, which is maybe the reality with all bookings. IMO, having a cum policy creates the wrong vibe, and if it's coupled with trying to make you cum as fast as possible then it's just all wrong. It one of the things that I try to find out, any potential SP that gives the one cum rule I never book. If they are putting that on the AW profile then its pretty indicative of how the experiance is going to go.
