She is working, as jonjan1234 has re-reviewed last week, but her comms have always been somewhat skethcy. She has never answered calls, and there have been intervals of hours at least (if not sometimes days!) between our text messages ... but when I have managed to slip under her eventually, it has always been worth the wait and effort
