Portfolio used to be good but now their comms are terrible, even for someone who was a regular. Maybe somebody else is now in charge of comms?

Their website is just as bad.  The homepage is still showing who is available yesterday, and it's 3pm the day after.

I would win the secret Santa im sure if their comms were actually good. Portfolio admin is a joke

What's funny is that I think after this post was made it got much better, for about a week, now it's back to the same old.

I know it's been the festive period but surely this would be a good time for business. Never an excuse for shit comms in my opinion.

Well here we are on the 4th and no sign of winning numbers yet!

What's funny is that I think after this post was made it got much better, for about a week, now it's back to the same old.

I know it's been the festive period but surely this would be a good time for business. Never an excuse for shit comms in my opinion.

I made a booking for next week via WhatsApp this afternoon and got all confirmed within an hour and that included extra questions from me and contacting the SP to see if the time/day/service details were ok for her.
So comms were all good for me today  :thumbsup:

I arranged my meeting between Xmas & New Years entirely by SMS on the day of the meet with Raven.
She dealt with Portfolio for me, then forwarded me their confirmation.

First time I’ve ever used Portfolio, but it was hassle-free for me.
