Just been trying to load some direct cam profiles up and got the above message.

Anyone know what it means?  Is it referring to me or the cammer?

Edit: looks like it's referring to me as can't load anything on direct cam now  :unknown:

Have you looked at the help section of AW or asked them?   :unknown:  They might know.

I know it may sound silly, have you changed your username on AW. I know certain user names can’t access cams

I had to change mine to gain access to cams as it had spaces in the username, of course it could be something they have fixed now (unlikely).

Yeah, well I googled it using the site:adultwork bit, but nothing with that term came in the results.

AW help desk didn't open until 9am so just thought I'd put it on here until I got around to going back on

Not username. But I think my bank card linked to account might be expired so maybe to do with that. Will get back on aw and have a gander now.

Potentially was just a glitch.

Logged in now and direct cam is seemingly working fine.
