I saw this girls profile on AW this morning, External Link/Members Only

I read that she was Panamanian, accessing from Spain and advertising in Northampton.

Does that mean it's a scam of some sort or is she using a VPN which is hiding her true location (and why)?

Just the country code in the sim card they are using either in the UK or being controlled from elsewhere?

Any of the above, or part thereof. I'd like to add a suggestion that maybe the girl can't speak a word of English, so somebody in her home country, that can speak English, baby, is taking her bookings.

The girl referred to by the OP claimed to be Panamanian but what's happening recently that there's been such an influx of girls giving their nationality as one of almost any country in Latin America?  You name it, there are Panamanian, Colombian, Venezuelan, Chilean, Cuban etc etc.  Unless they're all from Brazil or maybe even eastern Europe?
