So i booked an appointment a few days ago, and set off on my way from Edinburgh upon her confirmation.
I messaged her i will be around 4 mins late as the bypass is busy, she said ok.
However by the time i was close to the airport got another message from her saying, "sorry, i have booked another client come see me another day"! this was after 30 mins of me driving.
later she messaged me again to explain" you are a new client, i haven't met you before so i took a regular client instead" 
this is not on,  cancelled a confirmed booking while i was driving there, she has no regards for clients and wasted my time,  hence the negative

When I went she did look confused upon arrival as she thought I was someone else but after I showed her the text and my phone number she realised it was me.

I got the impression that her booking system isn’t the best as she uses paper and pen with notes scribbled on it. I originally was 30mins but she said I could stay for 1 hour as someone else had cancelled and she referred someone else to her friend.
