I had exactly the same experience as Yannickrogders.  Spoke to lady to book appointment she sent me address UB8Removed, I confirmed via text before leaving, I got message back saying ok see you soon.  I arrived at high street text number for further details no response for 20 minutes, saying sorry for delay I’m ready now, I text again for full address no response I ring number no response.  What a joke and waste of time. I should not have bothered as was suspicious of lady who answered phone her accent was distinctly Nigerian.

I sent her message I will be reporting her, got no response.
