Been here quite a few times. It's always been clean and tidy and the staff at hand are always pleasant.
Having changed hands, seemingly post-lockdown, the quality of service here hasn't subsided; having trained, permanent, reliable staff.
The location is right next to a pub and so I wouldn't recommend going at active evening times, lest you risk getting potentially heckled on the way in our out - in my experience this only happened once. The front door you can walk straight through though and up the stairs to a secure, locked door.
The pricing here is standard for an upper-market city-based massage shop and is fair for the pleasant service provided. It isn't rushed, showers are available before and after and refreshments (water) provided upon request.
I give this place a positive recommendation, but would never chance a walk-in without calling ahead first.
