Not one to post a negative unless I feel there were no positives as there were some but they wasn't enough to outweigh the negatives.
Booked a 30 min appointment (comms handled by a friend or maid). All easy enough but outfit request not followed through with, and information about the parking was incorrect.
Having pushed me back 15 mins due to cleaning happening in the hotel. I arrived at the allocated time and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes. On exiting the car I spotted signs saying it was controlled parking and not free as stated earlier in text message to me. While walking to the room I attempted to register so as not to waste time. On entering the room I had to take 3/4 minutes to complete the process. (why all this chat about car parking... well all will be revealed).
Lexi is a good looking young student type. Friendly enough but oh my god - Ron89 hit the nail on the head with the clock watching. We were barely 10/12 minutes into the appointment and I was being told we didn't have much time and we were on a timer. I countered with it wasn't my fault the info regarding the parking was wrong and she had kept me waiting prior to the start. "You can't cut into my time, it's not my problem" was her response. "You need 5 minutes to get ready at the end". So my 3/4 minutes car park issue/5 minute 'getting ready time' at the end translates to a 20 min 'fun' time.
Hasten to add little mactaylor wasn't enjoying the atmosphere and if the option to walk out and get some money back was there I would have taken it but I didn't fancy a full on row with the cleaners outside.
OWO was adequate - a £60 blow and go would have been the better option but customer service isn't her thing.
In two minds whether to write this review as she has mostly positive reviews but my experience was awful. Lexi is apparently quitting after next week so my advice would be DON'T but if you do go for a shorter booking and see to extend if you get on and secondly sort out the parking beforehand!
