If you pay for an hour, I would quite reasonably expect her to callibrate the activities within that hour so you are ready to come in the final 10-15 mins. I don’t think that is an unreasonable expectation. I’d like to see him take her to the small claims court and get his money back - that would be funny. But seriously, it’s a massive rip off.
