The stream of positive reviews here and on AW meant I was looking forward to the meet, however there are a few negative reviews on meetings not happening because of double bookings etc so I was slightly wary, and unfortunately that proved the case.

I booked by text around 5pm the day before, for 10am meeting when she started work, hoping to get in early before she got backed up. Again, given track record I decided to send a re-confirmation text at 9am. To be fair she did respond within about 10 minutes, saying "I had to leave town last night". We exchanged a couple of messages - she said "there was a problem with the house so I can't go back", and said she was now in Derby which is over 200 miles from here, so a pretty impressive escape plan.

A little frustrating, and no plan B in the punting wasteland that is east Kent. Rated 'neutral' rather than 'negative' since she did respond within 10 mins rather than ignoring me (although no advance warning), and I expect it can be the case that a landlord gets wind of what's going on and evicts the SPs. Taking flight to Derby seemed a bit weird though.

As an aside in Ramsgate she was charging £100 / 30 mins rather than the usual £80 - maybe more expensive digs, but it was in a pretty shitty bit of fairly shitty Ramsgate. She is online in Derby already today (same day) and back to £80. There was also her usual +£20 OWO and +£20 DFK extras which I'd opted for given previous reviews, but to no avail. I get the sense that she's probably a good punt if you can meet her, but a bit flakey with bookings so a small chance of it not working out, as was the case for me

Personally I think you’re being generous with a neutral score… the fact that you only found out it was all off was because you texted her to confirm - and even then you only had 45-50 mins notice which rules out a plan B at that time in the morning.  Why didn’t she text you the evening before or very first thing to say she was bailing?  You could well have turned up and had a wasted journey. 

Still… Your booking… your rating. Cheers for heads-up.

Thanks. I was on the fence whether to go Neutral or Negative, based on the reasons you highlight. If I'd posted the review at the time would have been Negative, but I'd cooled off by the afternoon. Generally I like to try to give people the benefit of doubt, but as you say wouldn't have hurt to have sent me a quick pre-emptive text. She seems flakey on logistics, but from the reviews a good punt if you manage to see her. I'll never know!
