Sorry to hear that you had a no show.

It can happen with outcalls, although I have only ever had it happen once (done loads of outcalls) and I got a 2 hour notice, so I stayed in the pub and had a few more pints instead

Emma seems to have mixed feedback here, but seems active on the RBs - always a warning sign.
She bid on a few of my RBs and I recently (in March) emailed her about her bid. She couldnt remember the bid, (it was for 2 hours), couldnt meet at the time and couldnt remember where it was

I emailed and said, "ok its at this hotel, for 2 hours, what time can you get here," she said I can get there an hour later, so I said that should be ok, can you send me your number, she just went to radio silence.

Sounds similar to your experience. She is probably a serial bidder who lines up bids for the day in question and if a better one comes in she will flake on you. Either that or she has a lot of grannies in ill health

So, dont feel bad about leaving a neg, Emma and a lot WGs tend to have a lot of family members who die suddenly on the day of a booking
