Bit of a let down this. Arranged the meeting a day before. But when I arrived she tells me that they're have building work and booking is cancelled. A little apologetic, possibly it was out of their hands as maybe a screw up by the landlord. But nevertheless, I can't assume excuses for them, so its down as a negative.

Shame really as I have seen them a few times now and service have been good. I will still try one more time someday.

You would have expected at least a text to rearrange you prior, especially if you’ve booked the day before. Probably busy and double booked.

Exactly this. She texted me around 20 minutes earlier (but I was driving) but her message was simply on the lines of are you still attending your booking? could have spent a few more seconds to type that we need to cancel. There is also a language problem too....
