Met with Jen a month or so back and overall a good experience. She is fairly well reviewed on here.

Comms: Perfect. A few emails at first before moving to text.

Location: At a nice flat in the CA2 area. No issues with access. Parked up as directed and was guided in. Plenty of parking there.
