Unbelievable to be honest. Had this one booked for earlier today following positive reviews and a personal recommendation. I was running 2-3 minutes late and on the hour I was told that my booking has been cancelled. I was going to be there in a couple of minutes but she said you have to be on time or no booking. Comes across over text as a callous cunt so wouldn’t recommend unless you can ensure you won’t be a minute late.

woow amazing time keeping by the sp, havent heard any business where couple of minutes late is not acceptable, best to avoid these kind of low lifes

What is annoying at times is some of these time conscious SPs will then delay you 5 or 15mins incases and expect you to be fine with it.
