Inside the house, the stairs are a death trap; they're virtually vertical with narrow steps and I almost fell arse over tit on the way out. It wasn't possible to have a proper shower as the head didn't work properly.
The girl:
Tall, black-haired Polish girl aged in her early 30s. When I saw her previously, I recalled her as being plain but four years on, my view is more harsh and would say she is fairly ugly.
Body is slim, some would say skinny, and her breasts (B-size) are a nice handful.

Epilogue
Due to a lack of options on a day I wanted a punt, I did revisit the SP a few weeks later and this time there were no delays. Service was good but the shower still hadn't been fixed - just buy a new shower head FFS.
Aside from the fact I don't fancy her, the crap house and the rundown area just depressed me and I won't be returning.
