Expectation: Had a great time a couple of days ago so more of the same EOW
Comms: good by txt 60/80/100/120 15/30/45/60 mins so I booked 45 mins at three hours notice for 100 Lizzies

Meet: I arrived 10 mins early positioned at the correct door to appt block and txted that I was here. Another guy looking like a punter arrived and after a couple of mins was buzzed in. I got a txt a couple of mins after asking can I wait 15-20 mins? So sorry!! I txted back "no that doesnt work for me"! After all I had confirmed the meet at the time, they had confirmed it (the maid I guess), I confirmed before travelling one hour prior to the appt and txt 10 mins before the appt time that I had arrived. So to me it seemed that they sqeezed a punter in for a 15 min quikki. What really compounded my view was a txt saying "the landlord has arrived unexpectedly!!! Give me a break! soo sorry plese wait! I have been around long enough to know what this really means and as a landlord I cannot just arrive for an instant inspection of my property. I have a ten minute rule and so on two counts Im off. Then a tirade of "please waits, so sorry, I didnt expect him etc etc etc....! Fkk that when I spend so much time carefully arranging the punt, keeping good comms, turning up on time etc some stupid maid gets clever. Mayby Im wrong but probably not. If a sp with a pimp wants my money then they have to act with respect, greed should never prosper. And I note that Mr Dead wood in his last review on AVA commented that she had no appointments on the time and day in question when he visited. Stupid is as stupid does from a favorite film.
conclusion: Probably the greedy maid fkkd up but Im not caring as I have a one strike rule. My view is that if punters are not accepting poor practice then the Sps business will suffer after all it wasted 2 hrs of my time plus travel costs and to be honest if I had waited till she sucked fkked a punter for 15-20 mins I would not have been happy. No use sps pontificating about timewasters hygiene attitude and punctuality if they are not giving a fkk or are too dis organised.
Conclusion: With so much choice out there I wont try to revisit Ava. Shame as the first meet was so good but fkkn me about is not acceptable. As it happens I am sorted out with a booking of a sexy reliable sp. This experience is an occupational hazard but I cannot fathom the logic of risking a long booking for a squeezed in 15 min P&D and the uncertainty now posed to future punters and their hard earned.
