It's London, nobody really gives a shit I'd assume. I went in the evening on a Thursday, so fair bit of activity on the pub. Just be confident and have the flat number before you walk up to the buzzer. I left her two messages and received a reply after a few days. Wasn't extremely persistent to be fair.

Generally responsive with me. I sometimes found if I texted her late I usually needed to repeat the msg the next day morning, so try to message her in the morning or afternoon. Polite, clear about what you want, only stuff she has listed. Definitely don’t spam her with messages.
