The MeetArranged the meet early in the day via SMS - no problems, with quick and clear responses. Her apartment is in a residential area outside of Basingstoke, but you'll want to drive in and park, as it seems a distance from town centre, buses and train station etc. There is plenty of non-reserved parking in the residential area. The entrance is fairly discreet, as it's under a walled awning, but nobody'll be looking anyway. The area itself is a bit run down, but felt quite safe.
