Wanted a easy fast comms because I hate endless texting. Texted to arrange a booking for the next day. She agreed the time but not the address and said to confirm it on the day. I confirmed that I will be there at the agreed time. The time agreed was the time she opened.
The next day I texted about 40 mins before the start time to say I'm on my way, she replied saying I did not confirm and to delay the start by 15 minutes. I said I can wait 15 minutes, or alternatively reschedule. No response. I waited the 15 mins in the local shops, decided it was not worth any further texts and left.
I feel a negative is justified due to her bad comms. I could have confirmed earlier, but she could have informed me that meetings are automatically cancelled without a confirmation text. Even at that point she could have just cancelled when I texted no big deal, but she rescheduled to delay the appointment by 15 minutes with no intention of following through. Almost attempting to further waste my time. Whole experience felt like she doesn't care at all.
Ended up in the Wembley Triangle £50 for hour with £30 HE - skilled hands but clothed and they refuse to negotiate. They even have a card machine in the room. Professional service but would not go back again.
