External Link/Members Only Had been feeling "the urge". After going through the profiles on AW for the Middlesbrough and Stockton areas, and a few 'phone calls, I made an appointment to see Jessie-May new for 30 minutes. She wasn't my first choice, but her profile is well written, and she spoke well on the phone.
Felt safe in the area, not so sure I would during the evening/night. On arrival JMN was dressed in a figure hugging dress and was wearing fishnets. First impression was; bit of tummy, if I saw her in the street I wouldn't give her a second look (I'm no hunk, but I'm not the one who's just handed over £50) but I was there and thought I'd try and make the best of it.
Was just about undressed when she said "what's that?" pointing to my colostomy bag. When I told her what it was she said "I can't see you then, I'm scared I'll knock it"
I've had a colostomy for nearly 20 years and in all that time have never had any trouble while punting or in day-to-day life. I've seen WG's of all shapes and sizes, some have been particularly energetic. No other WG has ever had a problem, some ask what it is, others don't even mention it.
While I was getting dressed she asked what I was looking for, but the mood was totally killed, so just continued to get dressed and picked up my £50.
In case she comes on here saying this, that and the next thing I will also mention that I have ankylosing spondylitis (form of arthritis) which again is no impediment to my punting.
I don't consider myself to be disabled, but amongst her list of likes is "disabled clients".
In the past I've told myself to ignore the WG's in Middlesbrough/Stockton as I've had more bad than good experiences with them, but occasionally I lapse! I might just be picking the wrong ones, but I really must listen to myself.
To end on a positive note, at least I'm £50 better off that I would, and it's just over 3 weeks to my appointment with BK.
