Communication all done via phone, was very responsive and was happy to talk and answer all my questions. Agreed a time and there was no waiting around.
Location was in a council estate, not too exposed but not a great location to be in. I personally wasn't comfortable leaving my expensive car parked up. Stuck out like a sore thumb amongst all the other cars in the estate. Something to be aware of if you want to keep a low profile. I think the location is her own place. Bit run down, not the cleanest of places. Image housing association and chavy drug using tenants and you get the drift. Heavy cameras upon entering.
