I agree with the majority of this, obviously the more cock an SP takes the more likely hood of her becoming sore etc. However they have to take it upon themselves to either limit their daily bookings or take some time off. It’s pointless just carrying on regardless as ultimately all that happens is the service and reputation goes down hill and the negative reviews follow.

Exactly this.  Just as we have pressures of one sort or another to turn in for work, so do WGs.  Forcing a WG to do something she is not happy with is just not on.

Not what I was saying. I'm saying the punter has the right to services or his money back. Not giving her the money so she can continue to be trafficked and overworked. What she really needs is to be removed from that situation.

Maybe consider why anyone should even be carrying on with a punt and being "more gentle" when you suspect trafficking is going on. Shouldn't the tone be more different i.e. notify the authorities...
