I saw Koa for an hour in the last month and although my faith (such as it was) in agencies has not been totally restored, Koa delivered a good GFE and I did have a good time with her. She gets a positive review from me.

Looks: Mostly like the photos. Koa is probably in her late 20s, is very petite, very pretty with a great body.
There has been some airbrushing to improve on reality, but for the most part WYSIWYG.
Koa's face is a bit rounder than what is depicted on Diva's site and she has a bit more lip filler than shown; neither of these things are negative for me. She had put effort into her appearance and I found her very pretty.
Her body is exceptionally good. She can't have a gram of fat on her. Her boobs might have been enhanced, but are nice perfectly formed B cups. Her stomach is completely flat and she has a nice peach of a bum.
Personality: She was a bit distant at first, but warmed up quickly. Expect to take the lead on any intra round chat, but she seems a nice girl and wasn't hard to chat to.
Service: DFK, OWO, sex in mish, CG and doggy.
We started with lots of DFK while I undressed her and Koa did not hold back. She then dropped to her knees and gave me good OWO. She was OK with a gentle face fucking, but I don't think this is her thing. Finished with CIF, which she took well.
Round 2 started with some me fingering her (outside only) and more DFK. She got quite wet. What followed was sex in mish, CG, doggy and then back to mish, which is where round 2 finished. She felt quite tight and gave a good impression of getting into it with lots of little moans, which became more vocal as we went on. Recommended: Yes. Price is a bit steep, but that seems to be the way these days and I had a better time with her than my last Diva girl when I paid more.
Return: Unlikely. At this price point there are too many other options and, while I had a good time, it was not so good that I am rushing back.
