I apologise to you and i ask you to wait because the customer who come before you he want to extend his booking so I can’t refuse someone who is already in my room… I apologise everytime something like this happened, I don’t meen to waste anybody time and I will always respect everyone who respect me. I do apologise to you again if i make you wait or wasted your time bu not this was my intention. Hope people understand sometimes i might be doing something wrong but this is the situation.
