Only observation i would make is that sp has been on AW since May 2020 and the reviewer has been member since jan 2021 so if he was connected i would imagine he would not have waited over 16months since her last negative review.

He has also done various previous reviews are we to question the legitamcy of the previous reviews of khanmr566 aswell?.

Khan is a very common surname in fact having done an internet search its the 12th most common surname in the UK, i don't think just on the basis of same surname you could infer much.
Regarding services provided i have in past not been given services advertised by some sps and have also been on the recieving end of services that sps have not had listed.
