I explained I didn't understand as your text said 2 times, showed it to her and then she just got bitchy and got rude. I just said sack this and left, walked myself out. Must've muttered some shit to the other WGs as I went downstairs.

First time I've ever walked and I'm so glad I did. I knew I would have regretted it, even if there was no mix-up with services.
