Comms - its extremely, extremely hit and miss, recall messaging and getting a response back hours later when I’m on the other side of the globe
when I did finally arrange the instructions/comms were decent and follow ups were sent which I thought was a nice touch.
The place to note is not discreet at all. Seems to be an active area with a number of shops around and my luck on the initial visit three random guys just loitering round and smoking. I did think to myself of all the places to stand and have a smoke session.
