It's really a tricky question and I reckon it's very YMMV
Lines are a bit blurry between PSE and GFE. If A+ is a requisite then definitely PSE. I chose the GFE option but somehow I regret it, because her toys were promising. In another hand I didn't ask to use them maybe she would have said yes!
