Is there a way to improve my ‘process’.

When I feel like a punt I search adultwork and then if I am interested I then come over and search UKP for feedback. 

Is there a way to search and see the feedback from UKP already presented, or a search process in UKP that I am missing?

Oh my god. I've been doing it all wrong  I had seen that Chrome extension before but thought to myself "how good could it really be" but I've just installed it and it is a GAME CHANGER !!!!
