Is there any link between the name of a veri pic and the profile number?

I am pretty sure someone on my hot list is using a recycled profile, but I don’t think it is right to name it without evidence. 

I am 100% certain I have seen the original veri with the profile number – but infuriatingly I cannot now find it.  I have done all the obvious searches of my photo directory and of UKP using parts of the profile number but nothing comes up. 

So, my question – how are veri pics named and is there any link to the profile number.

I've just copied this from the verification section on AW:

EE & Colombians -

2 forms of government-issued photo ID - e.g. passport and National ID card, (with edges visible, no handwritten documents, must be clear and readable)
 
A Verification Photo - a picture of you holding a piece of paper with 3863028, 10/11/2017 and AdultWork.com written on it by hand, not printed. (-3 days will be accepted, i.e, 07/11/2017 or later.)
 
A photo of you holding one of the ID documents and the verification photo - everything must be clearly readable.
 
2 proofs of presence - If you are not British, proof that you are in United Kingdom.  (change country?)

1.  Picture of you holding a recent British newspaper with publication date clearly visible
2.  Picture of you holding the same British newspaper beside a post box or telephone box/cabin near to where you actually live

UK, Europeans and Rest of the World -

However, I'm already verified but it looks like I could resubmit a verification photo... So it's possible they don't compare the old verification photos to the new one, so recycling a profile is possible.

I suppose I am asking for trouble posting IT queries on a punting website...

However, to my point, if you do of any relation between the name of a veri pic and the name of the profile it verifies please share.
