This profile matches one that went by the name of "Red Mistress" or something close to that a while back. AW number search on here gives no results.
No Private Gallery, so not a basic PG scammer, but it's strange that a professional person would be so happy to have their face plastered all over an AW profile.

I noticed her profile pop up a few weeks ago. If you want to maintain anonymity, exactly as you say, no photos, and boasting of your unusually high level of educational attainment nails you right down.

Also the "don't ask me when I'm free as these messages will be deleted" sign off says she's either not an escort, or she doesn't understand how it works and wants to be wooed into bed instead of being paid.

What are us blokes meant to do, get her moist by approaching her with a post-modernist philosophical critique of Sartre's existentialism?

Just scrolled down and found this conversation. She was on Secret Benefits as “Red” using the same photos. I never managed to get a reply out of her there, but oddly did on AW. She only does evenings, I only do days, so I will never know whether she is genuine but naive, or just a time waster.
