I find that people telling me they are on prep is another way of them telling you they are ok to bareback .  I’ve met Erika twice - hookups so not as a client . First time was like 6-7 yrs ago and the most recent was around 2 yrs ago - she wanted to bareback in the last meet  I declined and settled for oral only when she said she had no condoms .

Taking prep means that they are protected from the one (HIV) most were afraid of . That means that all that is left for them to worry about are the other not so lethal nasties. For a SP who gets themselves regularly checked ( not only for health reasons but also business reasons) then its not a far stretch to see them indulging in BB. Its much more prevalent than one would like to think. Prep seems to have given many a cloak of invincibility. Problem is how do you even know if they are taking the prep in the correct dosage and quality ?
