Recommendations in Southampton

I'm looking for some experienced folks in Southampton to give me some good SP recommendations. I've heard Romanians are a stay away always. Rest don't seems so genuine/clean.

As an ex college 'lecturer' I must mark that as Fail -although they dont mark like that now

most colleges run BTEC courses for 16 year olds post GCSE - in fact most of their students are 16-18
