I saw Cherry (mid 30s, medium length hair tied back) who was clueless on how to massage, she tried to massage bones rather than muscles.
After 15 minutes I asked to see someone else as what she was doing was painful.
Manager said no one else around
I asked for a refund, she reluctantly gave me £15 back (Paid 45)
I left looking for other options as I was more stressed than I when I arrived.
