Fit for purpose property near to Gloucester Road.  That said I got stopped by the Porter and asked which room number I was going to which wasn’t the best. 

I’m so shocked that she has many positives.  Found her pretty average looking, completely lacking in passion, massively up her own arse.  It was the worst Amsterdam/Romanian style punt I’ve ever had.

For some reason she seemed absolutely disgusted by me, despite being clean, white, in shape, professional guy in his 40s.

For the first time in years I didn’t even manage to have sex as she was so disinterested and rude and also had a funny smell.  (Referenced in other reviews)

Left after 20 minutes.  Requested a refund from Diva.  The girl wouldn’t offer anything back but Diva, to their credit offered a discount on next booking.

Literally one of my worst sessions in 20 years.  Total rip off! 

Literally I would have more fun wiping my ass with £250!

This is a pattern I’m noticing at the moment.  Girls are busy so service crashes at the end of their stint.  Not acceptable with how much money they are expecting.

Did you ask her what her problem was? When it's that bad you have to ask directly what the issue is even if it will sabotage the punt. At least then you can leave with closure or sort it out with her if possible.

If the positive reviews you mention are on the Diva site i would treat them with the same sceptiscism as AW feedback , Diva are well known manupulating reviews.
At £250 theres gotta be so much better options than this one.

Tip : ask the SP / agency whether to turn right or left as you enter the building. That's the only stress tbh.

If reception asks you then just give it the old Obi-Wan Kenobi "these aren't the droids you're looking for" schtick   

ps as an aside I thought the rooms were actually quite nice - Art Deco vibes.
