Hahahah. I just been there today and I had encountered same as you did.
I was lost for a while about 10 mins because i was going toward opposite direction. When I finally managed to get to the building and pressed the bell, a Chinese or Asian man was coming towards the door. I thought he might be leaving the building but he actually was coming to open the door for me. I was surprised and he told me the door number and what floor to get to.
I was not pleased but the guy wasn't giving any vibes of to be scared off or anything but still it wasn't a good sign. In I went and the woman was prob in her middle age which I can't tell exactly how old but old enough and I was looking to meet the girl in the pics after a long time. She at least asked that if I want to go with her and I regrettably said no thanks.
I felt sorry for her being rejected like but that they should advertise it truthfully. Now after reading two of your reviews for same place, I hope the poor lady makes enough to make ends meet.
One think I never understood of the Asian man openly letting in people and standing in the corridor inside the flat. That is bad for business.
