Booked Rebecca on account of the listed services (cims being one of them).
I was delayed on the tube and despite being told that Rebecca was booked straight after my booking, I decided to go ahead even though it meant I'd have to pay £200 for just half hour as the agency doesn't reduce the rate.

A rather rude Scottish /Irish woman named Riley had rang and shouted at me that I was late and I could either have half hour at the hour rate of £200 or face a ban from the agency if I didn't turn up.
I decided to see her just for half hour as I was being led by my friend below.
The flat was clean and safe in a road off the Cromwell road.

I was impressed with Rebecca. She was in her early to mid 20's with an Italian accent, though seemed a bit different to her photos online.  Seemed a nice girl next door rather than the party animal the pictures on maxes depict her as.
I checked if she was OK with all the services listed.. A and cimS... But she said she didn't do the latter. Apparently A was on offer.
I showed her the page on the website but she said she didn't know why the agency had put cims down, but she didn't do that.
Given that I was to be paying for half an hour at the standard hour rate, I decided to leave. I apologised to her and gave her my reasons and walked. Rebecca was genuinely ok with this and we parted.

However I rang the agency to tell them and the Scottish or Irish woman shouted at me that I was banned and hung up.
I then emailed max to explain my side of the story and received a reply back confirming that I was banned for wasting Rebecca's time and losing her money.
Max cares only for his pocket rather than the girls and I have seen this agency decline in customer service over time as he threatens customers with a ban if they don't pay the full rate if they turn up late..or if you decide to walk, when finding out that girls don't do the services that he lists on their profile.
I've been a long time customer with the agency amongst a few select others, using them whenever I'm in London on work.
However, with maxes, standards have definitely declined. Most of the girls who were their best girls have also long gone.

Too quick to ban long term customers not appreciating their loyalty.
The reception staff are rude and all they care for is money.
Time to move on...

Sorry you had to go through all that OP, especially being a regular client. I remember a few years ago I saw a girl who had “Ex Maxes Angels” on her profile on AW as a selling point. During the meet I asked her why she put that there and she claimed how Maxes had a great reputation. I doubt any girls will use that as a selling point now.

I’m still hoping a girl named Codie returns, otherwise I’ll be avoiding Maxes. Barely used them anyway and they don’t exactly enticing roster available at the moment.

Agency has gone down hill quicker than Usain Bolt runs the 100m.

I'm happy to use occasionally but COVID aside I have made 3 bookings in 3 years.
Compared to about 30 in the previous 3.
Was my go to exclusively and had some absolute crackers,

Oh well things must and often do change

I guess the problem is that he's not complaining about the girl herself. But the agency, so seems a little unfair to give the girl a negative when she sounded quite understanding on the day.

Yes but though I was disappointed with the agency, I don't know if Rebecca was to blame for the inaccurate services listed on her profile page or the agency. I have a feeling it was the agency. Just to pull in the punters.

I was once threatened with a "ban" by Maxes as well. I was running late because I turned up in the wrong hotel 

That was years ago when they were actually worth using. Not anymore.

They've used that tactic for years. Yes not really a threat when you can get a new sim card by the bucket load.

I think it helps to realise this statement is true for 99.9% of SP's, whether they be agencies or WG's. (And no; i don't have a Google link or research paper to back my statement up)
They aren't advertising their wares in the hope of finding a boyfriend, eh... They are advertising to sell a product.

The difference in prices is way too much, even if you factor in different rates the agencies may charge as commission. UK Glamour Girls don’t seem to be the most well organised bunch either. Website desperately needs updating with locations of the girls, can’t see them being such a fantastic agency where the SP feels it’s okay to give them an inordinate amount of commission. I guess she may be trying her luck to see how much she can get away with.
