When: Last week
Comms: excellent, agreed time slot couple hours before & was texted postcode promptly. She did say address might be difficult to find as new build, so use Google maps not sat nav.
Location: New build in Worcester, not far from town centre. Found the address easily as I know the area well but she gave directions if you might struggle. Discrete enough, as it's only houses in a quiet estate.
